Returns, and Exchanges Policy

• Upon receiving your order from the courier, you have 5–10 minutes to inspect and try the product. If you choose not to keep it, you may return it immediately to the courier, paying only the shipping fees. No refunds are allowed once the courier departs.

• For approved exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

• Items accepted without inspection are entirely the customer’s responsibility; refunds or exchanges cannot be processed once the courier has left.

• During sales, you may check your order upon delivery, but no refunds or exchanges are allowed on sale items once the courier departs.
